Payments through Paddle
Trinqet purchases are processed by Paddle, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, taxes, receipts, cancellations and refunds. The final price, currency, trial and renewal details are shown before you confirm checkout.
Canceling a trial
Eligible subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with a payment method. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first subscription charge. You can cancel from Trinqet’s billing settings, through the Paddle Customer Portal linked in your confirmation email, or at Paddle.net.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, keeps access available until that time and prevents the next renewal. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a completed charge.
Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refund eligibility is governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy, Paddle’s buyer terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Those rights may vary by country and can include statutory withdrawal periods.
A refund request is reviewed under those rules and is not guaranteed merely because it was submitted. Where a refund is approved, access connected to the refunded purchase may end.
How to request a refund
Use the support or transaction link in your Paddle receipt or billing portal, or visit Paddle.net and select the refund option. Paddle verifies eligibility and returns approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.
Product support
If a technical issue prevents you from using Trinqet, contact hello.trinqet@gmail.com. We will try to resolve the issue and can help identify the relevant Paddle transaction, but refunds are issued through Paddle.
