Who operates Trinqet

Trinqet is responsible for the personal information handled through the Trinqet website and application. Trinqet is operated by Sagi Ashkenazi, trading as Trinqet.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information: your name, email address, profile details and workspace preferences.
• Authentication information: sign-in identifiers from Firebase Authentication, including your Google account identifier, name and email if you continue with Google, and whether your email address is verified. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; Trinqet does not store them in its own records.
• Workspace content you add: projects, tasks, calendar items, boards, notes, finances and expenses you enter manually, contracts and presets you create, and files or images you upload, such as logos.
• Client, lead and contact information you add: names, contact details and project information about clients, leads or other people that you choose to enter.
• Billing and subscription information: Paddle customer, subscription and transaction identifiers, your plan, trial and subscription status, billing interval and access dates. Payments are handled by Paddle. Trinqet does not receive or store your full card details.
• Technical and security information: request, browser, device and authentication signals needed to operate the service, keep sessions secure and prevent abuse, including Firebase App Check with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise in the application.
• Analytics information: website visits, referral sources, page views, signup events and product usage events, with browser or device identifiers, only if you allow optional analytics on the relevant website or application. Names, email addresses and workspace content are not included in analytics events.
• Email marketing preferences: if you opt in, your email address, name, consent wording, date, source, verification status and unsubscribe records.
• Communications: feedback, survey responses, optional screenshots and support emails you send to us.

How we use information

• To provide and operate Trinqet, including creating your account and workspace.
• To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
• To save and sync your workspace data across sessions and devices.
• To provide trials, subscriptions and billing, and to show your plan and access status.
• To follow your instructions, such as sharing a project through a client portal link you create.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and investigate problems.
• To respond to support requests and feedback.
• With your optional consent, to send product updates, offers and the Trinqet newsletter by email. You do not need to consent to create or use an account.
• To improve reliability and the product experience, using optional analytics only where you allow it.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Depending on applicable law, we rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Trinqet, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent for optional analytics and email marketing.

Service providers

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, including Google Sign-In, the database that stores your workspace, file storage, hosting, server functions, App Check security checks and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.

Resend sends newsletter confirmation emails using the address you provide.

Paddle is our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment details, taxes, receipts, subscription administration and buyer support.

These providers process information under their own terms, privacy notices and applicable data-processing agreements. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, Trinqet or others.

Optional AI connections

Connecting ChatGPT to Trinqet is optional. Auth0 (Okta) handles sign-in and OAuth authorization for this connection, including your account identifier, basic identity information, verification status and authentication signals. If you use a password for this connection, Auth0 handles that password; it is not shared with ChatGPT. Trinqet stores the linked account identifier, approved permissions, authorization expiry and operation records needed to secure the connection, enforce usage limits and avoid duplicate changes.

After you authorize the connection, OpenAI can receive workspace information returned by the tools ChatGPT calls within your approved permissions. This can include project and client names, task content and dates, Board text, recorded expenses and payments, time records and supported workspace preferences. The connection can also create, update or delete supported records at your request and within your approved permissions. Action confirmation is handled by the connected AI client; Trinqet does not require a separate approval page. These tools do not process payments, transfer money or disclose your login credentials. Only connect a workspace whose information you are authorized to share.

You can end future access using Disconnect ChatGPT on the workspace connection page. Workspace permission expires after 30 days unless renewed. Disconnecting does not delete your Trinqet workspace, operation records, or information already sent to OpenAI. Trinqet records remain subject to the retention and deletion-request sections below; OpenAI and Auth0 handle information they receive under their own applicable privacy policies and account controls. For information already shared with OpenAI, use the privacy and deletion controls available from OpenAI.

International processing

Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards may apply to those transfers.

Information about clients, leads and other people

Trinqet lets you store information about clients, leads and other third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to enter personal information about clients, leads or other third parties into Trinqet.

If you create a client portal link, the project information you choose to share can be viewed by anyone who has that link until you revoke it.

Email updates and newsletters

Email marketing is optional and off by default at signup. You can join the newsletter with an email address without creating a Trinqet account. Website newsletter signups require confirmation through an email link; account signups require recorded consent and a verified account email. We use Resend to send newsletter confirmation emails. Founder offers are tied to the same verified email and account, and require a separate purchase. Unsubscribing does not cancel an existing paid subscription. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello.trinqet@gmail.com. This does not affect service messages needed for your account, security or billing. We keep consent and unsubscribe records as needed to document your choice and prevent unwanted future email. To limit signup abuse, we store a keyed hash of the requesting network address with a request counter; we do not store the raw address for this feature. We also remember newsletter popup dismissal in your browser for seven days, or suppress the automatic popup after you request confirmation.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Trinqet uses browser storage, such as local storage, session storage and IndexedDB, to keep you signed in, remember preferences, keep a working copy of your workspace and briefly remember your subscription status. This storage is needed for the service to work.

Optional Google Analytics runs on the website and in the signed-in application only after you allow it in that context. It is off until you choose, and advertising features are disabled. Website and application choices are separate. Use Cookie preferences on the website or Settings → Data → Analytics consent in the application to change your choice. Your choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection but does not delete information already collected.

Retention

We keep account and workspace information for as long as your account exists and as needed to provide the service. Ending a trial or subscription does not delete your workspace data. We may keep some information longer where needed to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security or enforce our terms. Paddle keeps its own transaction records under its policies.

You can ask us to delete your account and data using the contact below. Clearing your browser storage does not delete information stored in your account.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, including access, correction, deletion or export, or to ask a privacy question, email hello.trinqet@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account where possible. You can also download a copy of your workspace yourself from Settings → Data → Export data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Security

Trinqet uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls on stored data and security checks on application requests. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Children

Trinqet is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Trinqet changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and communicate material changes where appropriate. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
